Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PureStreamUSA.com and our IPTV streaming service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Pure Stream USA is an IPTV subscription service providing access to live television channels and on-demand video content via internet protocol television (IPTV) technology. Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscription Plans and Billing

• Subscriptions are offered in 3-month ($24.99), 6-month ($44.99), and 12-month ($74.99) terms.
• All payments are one-time. There is no automatic renewal — you only pay when you choose to renew.
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
• We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT).
• Subscription access begins upon delivery of credentials, typically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

Because we provide a Free 24-Hour Trial for all users to thoroughly test our service before purchasing, refunds are strictly limited. Refunds are only considered if our technical team confirms that our servers are completely inaccessible and the issue originates solely from our infrastructure. We do not offer refunds for issues related to your local internet speed, ISP blocking, device compatibility, or failure to test the service during the free trial period.

To request a review under these specific server-side conditions, contact our support team via WhatsApp within 7 days of activation. Renewals and reseller credits are strictly non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your credentials with individuals outside your household.
• Resell or redistribute access without a valid reseller agreement with Pure Stream IPTV.
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or reverse-engineer our servers or software.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Stream content on more than 1 device simultaneously per connection.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. In such cases, we may extend subscriptions by an equivalent period at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, channel names, and content accessible through the Service are the property of their respective owners. Pure Stream IPTV operates as a DMCA-compliant content aggregator and claims no ownership over third-party content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Stream IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Pure Stream IPTV, other users, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
